About 10 minutes ago i leave my freinds house and start heading home its like 11pm. Then i notice theres a car right up on my a** (typical of the MHPD boys) then *WHOOP WHOOP*...oh joy. So i pulled over and got the whole license and registration deal Cop: Do you know why i pulled you over SON? <- I love that part.Me: So sir..Cop: You have an illegal exhaust get it fixed.Me: I will do sir thank you

What really constitutes as an 'illegal exhaust' ? What kind of setup do you have? I haven't done anything to my S13 yet, so I'm curious. I live in Davis, where pretty much owning a car is a violation.

Is your exhaust very loud? If he didn't send you to a referee then this ticket doesn't make any sense technically if your exhaust isn't over the state decibal limit (thinks it's like 93db...) then your fine. Theres a thead about the saem thing I read last week mabye I can find it...

My car came with it on, when I bought it.(2.5 cat and cat back) But I think it sounds good, def dousnt sound like a honda.
