just got my willems! couple of q's.

do i have to use rom editor to burn a tune? or can i just download it and send it to the willems and burn?

is there a tune i can use now, before i get my 550's in? i'm running a .48/.42 t3. besides that she's mostly stock. and yes i have a wideband(plx m-300) and the ecu is already chipped. my current tune is really bad. runs rich all across the board. idle's around 10-11, and wot is at around 10.3. and in certain spots at light throttle(around 1-2psi) she runs so rich that the plx just reads, "rich". any help will be greatly appreciated. i'm a newb to this tuning stuff so many questions will be headed this way. so bare with me.
