Just got my vert for $700

i just got my vert today. Will have more pics up tomorrow when i get my rims on it. I paid $700 for it because the top end needs rebuilt. Still not a bad price i think. Everything works.

$700! i hate you. nah just playin, welcome to the very family. you should put a sr or an rb in there since ya gotta rebuild it, with a 5 spd. realy clean looking, how's the interior, the side panels and everything. can't wait for more pics.

Thanks everyone, and no its not stolen, interior isnt in bad shape one little hole in the carpet and like a real small tear in the dash. Everything else is in good condition. I plan on coming home today after work and getting more pictures and putting my rims on it.

Someone please answer this question. When i was changing the rims aroud today why is there a pair of channel locks on my brake line?

I see them, but have no clue why someone would leave those on there. Scary, but I'm guessing its holding the line on the caliper. Either way I'd get new lines (go ahead with the braided all around since you'd have to bleed anyway). Possibly need new caliper too, depending on why the line isn't staying on (assuming that's what's going on).

Yea im sure, this dude didnt know **** about this car. He was like i was going to put air ride on it. He also had an air ride van and a air ride lincoln.

They are SportMax 962. They have become very popular for the 240 crowd because they have a nice lip and they are very inexpensive. The only downside is that they are very heavy. But since most of our 'verts are cruisers and not racers.. it's ok.
