I cant bolt my turbo up to my manifold. The turbine housing is touching the manifold and wont let the flanges sit flush. It's a T3/T04E. What should I do???

You gotta be creative. Gaskets or spacers for the turbo. Different lines (stainless etc) for the feed.

Clock the housing and start shaving down where it hits the manifold. take a lil bit off the manifold and the turbo housing.

From what I can tell it dosen't look like much has to be shaved off.

you could use a "weld on" t3 turbine flange and use it as a spacer instead. This one from Forced Performance is $34 and its 1/2" thick. should work good.

How much room do you have on the right side of the turbo from clearing the firewall?T3 flange

if you're interested, email me and we'll discuss, i can make you one for cheap. stainless or mild steel, your choice. (your cost probably near double the cost of a flange above)
