Very nice Dan. Really adds to the car, but still keeps a hint of stock feel to it.

thats wat im goin for, i want near OEM look for those unfamiliar, obvious to those who are.

workin on a custom interior (homemade, nothing complicated) just cuz im bored. gonna incorperate a small system into the mix (one 10 and an amp) using 1/2" particle board to keep things moderately light within reason (base model auto so it doesnt really matter...for now...:D) and cuz its cheap.

Just the beginning stages:stay tuned to see wat i pull outta this.

here's the custom piece i just made for my buddy's hatch:/\ test fit...nice and flush:D /\The interior install and some other lil interior things netted us a 'Best Interior' at a local carshow :D

LOTS more is in store the next month for my car including trying to source parts for 5spd, springs/shocks, foglights, and finish the interior install.

anyways, yeah im done, now u can harrass me.

I personally think those wheels look terrible! 17x7 42 offst wheels on a rwd car just look bad. Wheels all sunken in and also not very good clearance for brakes and suspension. I just simply don't understand why people just don't understand wheels and pay atttention to width and offst. All they know is diameter which I feel is the LEAST important aspect of a wheel.

Oh I just realized you were 4 lug...My bad

I see why you did what you did. My bad.

well NiteKids, i thank you for opinion and agree with the offset looking terrible, but my stock steelies had bald tires, one having a hole in the sidewall so it was flat and a buddy hooked me up with these for cheap with almost brand new rubber. if i had a choice with wheels where i could choose my offset it would be different. but thanks for ure opinion.

Lookin good buddy, You should definately also hide that ugly (battery?) box thats in the back seat, custom cover that too. Should turn out lookin good. Where are you going to store your spare tire? or are you?

Keep up the work, maybe if you get a job you can really get somethings going!

lol

looks nice, as said before keeps a real nice stock look with it, but gives it more "flash" also.

The C5's are sweet Dan! You can always run a 10mm spacer to correct the offset and push those wheels out to the edge if you want. I had huge spacers on my Buick, which wasn't what I would do again but never had any problems with them.

looks pretty nice. the C5's are some of my favorite rims but i think rims with thinner and more spokes looks better on S14's. oh and u gotta get that thing lowered with those wheels on. cant wait for all my suspension stuff to come in in a week or two!

do u know if i can run those without getting longer studs? im just curious if i can fit my Z calipers with those spacers.

(spacers are the last thing i wanna do but since i cant afford real wheels right now with correct offset i cant, so if they'll work with z calipers until i can afford others, ill do it)

I like the C5's as well... except the tires look a bit thin... you should be running atleast a ***/45/17. It'll fill up some of the wheel gap as well. BUT otherwise, I like!! Expecially the color of your car!

not only that, you must have the proper size to keep the gearing correct so the speedo functions right.

Its awesome to see that you are finally able to get some stuff done to your car that you have wanted to do for so long. She is coming together, and I can't wait to see the finished product :)

Why yes, yes I do. I'm "guessing" by the looks in the pics that he's running 205/40/17. He could upgrade to 215/45/17. Better traction, slightly more comfortable ride, and less wheel gap. A "win" situation...

the reason i went with that tire size is cuz those are the tires that were on the wheels when i got them, they have 1500miles on 3 of them, one is brand new becuz of a bubble in the sidewall, next time ill be getting wider/taller tires like a 215 or 225, but until then, ill deal with my thin 205s.

Thanks for all your comments!!! keep em coming!!!

10mm? I think he needs more of a 30mm spacer if not more to get it lookig right. epscially at the width and offset it already is.

i dont want it looking 'right' ....theyre 7" wide wheels, they can't look 'right'....all i want is to clear Z calipers. ill worry about it lookin 'right' when i can afford wider wheels with the correct offset:)
