Just got my new 240sx!...pics included

Sup guys, ive been looking and researching through these forums for a year but now i finally got my own 240sx for $1600. Its a red 92 base model with a 5speed (my first 5speed) that I named "Tiffany"... lol. The car has a little over 180k on it but to my suprise the car is in great shape and the motor and transmission run strong. The only thing wrong with it is the A/c needs to be recharged and thats it. Dont get me wrong, it does have way too many miles that i perfer, but **** since it runs like a champ and has a new water pump on it, that'll give me time to swap in a low mileage motor and rebuild that so i can start my Ka-T build. I was gonna get a Rb20DET for it later in the future, but right now, thats a lil too much to chew on.

As for the rust seen in the pics...is that a serious prob because its not on the frame rails???

Congratulations on the S13. They are excellent automobiles. I'm on my second one....my first was a 1992 Coupe that someone (not me) wrecked. I've now got a 1993 fastback that's running strong at 101,000 miles.

The KA is virtually indestructable. Keep an eye on the chain and the pump and keep the fluids clean. It's a difficult engine to screw up without going out of your way to destroy it.
