I have 83 BMW 633coupe plus a 95 240 coupe 60,000mls and parts to kouki it
but I missed my previous 240sx convetable so i rescued this one from Miami area I through in a new set of plugs and air filter plus fuel filter and it ran great until i put it in gear !
seems to need gas to keep it going ?
but most important to me at this time is the drivers door will not open from inside or outside ,I read you have to remove panel but probably have to remove seat first but the floor mounted rear bolt made rumbling noises when turned as if floor panel is rusted out (it is ) any good idears how to open door ?
Dash is perfect leather seats need fixing,Red paint completley faded to pink, steering creaks and groans (pump) ?
good rims and tires changes gears harshly rear mount? or electrics ? pics to follow

You're going to have to jimmy the door open
If its making groaning sounds when you turn the wheel, I would check your fluid to see if its clean
For hard shifts, I would check to see if the ATF is clean too

You don't have to take the seat out. take your door handle off and see if all the mechanics are in working order.

PLEASE, punctuate. I can barely understand what you're writing dude
