Hey... I just stopped by stillen and picked up the injen intake.I did find a problem already and wanted to confirm with you guys if I can proceed to installation.

When I opened the box and looked at the instructions... I noted an "OS" sticker attached on the front page, along with the "3 H/S Composite Clamps" Underlined in red. Sure enough, the clamps were missing...

Do I have to wait and have that ordered seperately or is it a part that I would not need?

Call up Stillen or directly call Injen to have them issue these parts to you. It happens.

Or if you can't wait, just head to your nearest hardware store and pick some up.

^^^ Good point. Must not be awake quite yet

This would probably the easiest. Yes, you have to shell out a couple bucks to buy them but you wont have to wait.

I actually noticed that they gave me clamps already, just not the same ones that everyone else has... but it works..

now my concern is what everyone usually had trouble with. the Heat shield bumps a tad bit into the harness. I dont get any rattling yet... Is it fine if I just leave it here? I can't get it to a position where it is completely free
