So i figured I would do somethin to my headlights while I'm waiting on the projectors from Brandon. The pics were taken by my phone but I figured I would put them up anyways. Hope you like.

The tails look like a matte finish, are the headlights too?

PLEASE tell me you disconnected the running light!

Also, lets see some shots of the turn signal!

From one Blacked out AC owner to another... I really dig your ride man!

the tails look good but i don't like the matte finish. thats just me. i did that on my frontier and they look ok but i like the glossy look. i love your headlights, i plan on doing that when i get my tail overlays so i ccan have it done all at once.

overall it looks great.

word, unless you have the side mirror turn signals, its not a good idea... also, why ruin your headlights like that? Why not just purchase some glossy black GTR cut out headlight overlays from bluebatmovile? That way, you could've gottan a glossy finish to match your car rather than the matte look you have... also, what are you gonna do with the black headlights.. you could've have removed thebluebat overlays had you bought them, and sold the headlights on ebay for some money... no one's gonna want to buy blackened out headlights...

I really think had you thought this through a bit more, you could've have done this a bit nicer.. tha matte look doesn't mesh well with the gloss look of your black car IMO

Those look familiar

Just kidding man, you have great taste in painted lights

My lights turned out with a matte finish but after a quick buff they were glossy. The lights are still visible though right ???

I suggest since you have a 2.5 as well you should have some alternate turn signals you may get some attention from the men in blue.

Yea the headlights are a matte finish too, and no I didnt disconnect the running light. I didnt want to go through the all the hassle of opening them up. Thanks for the compliment too.

You can still see the turn signals through the paint. It was just tint spray so its not as dark as you think, and when I go to sell them there is a removal solution that I can use to take it right off.

Lol I got the idea from you and Infantry. What did you use to buff yours, I dont mind the matte look but if they could be glossy that would be good too. And the turn signals are still visible.

i think that you should remove the bulb of the amber running light its real easy and you can do it through the hood its right on top of the headlights. i think it would make it look a lot cleaner instead of that ugly amber light shining through the smoked headlights

I actually didn't buff mine, but when I took my car in for body work they said they would buff it out (tails and heads) and they came back nice and glossy
