1995 240SX Black 5 spd. I thought it was clean as hell, and the carfax was perfect. Only problems is suspension is a little iffy, exhaust is too damn loud, and some minor cosmetics that were actually better then i thought it would be. All in all it cost me 5500 or so (6300 out of door). What do you guys think? Good or bad deal? Well anyways, here are 2 pics ive taken of it...

Yea, not too long ago. Guess im lucky getting the car early, I was gonna wait but the car was just too tempting. I had to save up for it though, but it was totally worth it.

congratualtions, just be careful in the snow/rain, things can get out of control pretty fast, especially in chicago where we just got hit by a snow storm.

hey d1 what part of chicago do you live in? north south east or west? and thanks for the advice on the snow. i know to take it a bit slower in the snow especialy after seeing the streets on the south side of chicago today but at the same time i like the rwd a lot better than the fwd i hit way too many curbs in the snow because of under steer theres no control the over steer feels a lot better because i can still control the angle of the car a lot better during a turn. any ways thanks for the tip and if you do live in chicago maby i see you at one of the races sonner or later.

im over in chicagos wanna be suberb Beverly im in walking distance of 95th and western in fact i work at the firestone on 95th and western. if you ever pass by and see my 240 at the job that means im at work. but i cant drive it for a couple days i still have to get the title and plates on it. hope fully i can get the insurence by next week but it all depends on how much money i can make this week. but i should be driving it by saterday. i have herd of the suberbs you spoke of but they are a bit away from my house and im not that good with highways yet. hope to see you around town some day.

my 240 is also my first car and ive had a few very close calls. when i first started driving i thought i was invinsable cuz i didnt really think spinning the car out would happen to me. drive slowly for awhile so you can get a feel for the car and if you happen to under estimate a turn and enter at a fairly high speed, try not to hit the brakes in mid turn in panic. brakes will cause the weight of the car to move forward making less weight and traction on the rear wheels possibly causing the car to spin out. its much better the just steer through the turn because of the understeer the car has stock. much safer than having the rear end swing out. another suggestion, get some nice tires
