1990 Nissan 300ZX w/ 1991 TT engine

Post

Hey everyone, long time lurker when I had my 240sx. Long story short: I traded my old car for this 1990 300ZX with a 91 TT swap on Sunday and it blew Monday. When I got it the engine did sound like it had a lifter tick and nothing else seemed wrong. The car had been pretty built mechanically just not cosmetically lol.

Well I was cruising at around 70 then I heard a noise like the front bumper was scraping. Then there a pop and the car shut off and decided to blow so so much white smoke out the exhaust it was like spy hunter the video game. After I brought it to a stop the engine started spilling out near the rear of the engine (I haven't looked exactly where yet. I'm almost positive all the oil drained out.

The car wont turn over by the starter and I haven't tried by hand yet.

So does it sound like I'm screwed?

Also when it happened obviously the engine light came on, but when the dragging noise happened I looked at both oil and temp gauge and both seemed fine.

Mods:
"Built" engine
T28 turbos
upgraded intercoolers
Z1 Bob's
All aluminum pipes
HKS hi power exhaust
Greddy boost controller
I believe upgrading injectors, fuel pump and ecu

Yeah, no thanks on the risky "jdm" engines. Lol

Well turns out it's definetly at least one blown head gasket. After all the oil drained out (still don't know where) it was really milky and had coolant mixed in. So I'm probably looking at a full rebuild. :(

Any advice?
