I got my engine in from Nagasaki, good customer service. I was missing some parts so I called him and he has them shipped.

The engine.......well I am not sure what to think. I got it, pulled the transmission to look at the clutch and found a twin disk OS Giken set up, sr20 turbo, and o2 pipe. I looked up the clutch set up and its a $1000+ clutch. I think I am going to pull the pan and valve covers and make sure everthing else looks as good.

Can't wait.

Well first of all, welcome.

I hate being the one to break to you and certainly I hope you're the lucky one. But if you search on here, most everyone who have bought from Nagasaki, have had less than perfect experiences.

I hope, I sincerely hope your experience with nagasaki isn't has horrid as some I've heard in the past.

Thanks for the welcome. I did get some static after i bought it from them, so i was worried.

The vacuum lines are missing so thats my only real beef with the motor. I am going to need to research the vacuum line set up, but that should not be too hard to find.

I guess I have another beef, the pipe that bolts to the turbo to intercooler is gone. Not a big deal if I can buy one after market anyway but I cant find any. Anyone want to point me in the right direction.

Type "ca18det" into eBay and buy one of the dirt cheap FMIC kits with piping. It will probably be worth it not to have to deal with anything.
