yea i will deffinatly post progress pics. and i do plan on getting rid of that chain license plate frame. as far as my plans go body mods im gonna put a body kit and a wing nothing too outlandish. I got paint for the car its like a flip flop blue it looks black on one angle and blue from another that i got from Auto Air Colors. as far as performance its an auto transmission right now but in the future i see an sr20det with a manual transmission in there im also getting some better rims.

dont do the body kit until after engine and suspension and whatnot.find some body panels in a junkyard and just rattle can it for the time being.sell those rims and just get oem ones or z32 rims.just my opinion.i hate seeing cars it body kits and nothing else done to them

Looks like a relatively easy fix as far as collisions go. Good luck on the road ahead, glad to see another fanatic!

i havent really thought about suspension yet im focused on getting it on the road right now and yea i thought it would be a relatively easy fix myself but i ran into a speed bump already i ripped out the radiator and the airconditioner thing that goes in front of it. I took off the fenders.

this frame bar that runs across the front that has the hood latch bolted to it is bent up at first i thought that it was bolted on so i dug deeper to get it off to get a new one only to find out that it is welded on

And guess who dosent know how to weld or have a welding machine.

Time for a project within a project.......Project build a homemade welding machine and teach myself how to weld.

if you guys want me to post pics of this side project i can and keep you updated and who know might learn sumthing.

ok did a lil more work on it this past week and while i was working ive decided im gonna go with the Kouki conversion. i might as well as i need to replace all those parts anyway so on with the pics.

i got the radiator support off i just drilled through the tack welds with a slightly larger drill bit. I ordered a new one should be coming in on friday and ill weld that one back on.I got a lil bored when i couldnt do anymore work. Soo i gave the engine a good cleaning. its purty now.Thats my Son he has been helping me work on the car hes a car guy just like daddy. I think he likes the 240.
