Sorry to hear what happened but I'm glad to hear your ok.
The boys are right, tires are not covered under warranty (unless you bought the tire protection package) but I would absolutely follow telco's advice and contact the manufacturer. Please keep us posted on what happened!

I just got up off my butt and looked in my warranty booklet.Tires are covered. In the rear pages of the warranty booklet are the pages referring to different tire brands, battery, etc. Since I have Bridgestone Turanza's I only read that portion. If the tire fails for any reason with less than 25% of tire tread use the warranty states full replacement.

Request the dealer to either send another tire already mounted and balanced to you and pay you to have it mounted or have them send a loaner vehicle to you to pick up your vehicle with a flatbed truck & return it with a new tire. Be nice and polite and ask to speak to the service manager. Explain what happened and the difficulty that you have in returning as well as the time involved. Check the date codes on your other tires. BTW, what brand of tires are on your vehicle? If you are not satisfied after speaking to the service manager, contact Infiniti customer service.I purchased four new Bridgestone Turanza tires from my dealer this past January. After viewing the 20 20 piece on tires last week I discovered two of my new tires were manufactured in 2003. I called the dealer and they replaced those two tires this morning at no charge. I already had 12k miles on them. I am very happy with my Infiniti dealer and the service that they have provided thus far in my 59k miles.Good luck & let us know how you make out? Ask if the warranty also overs bear or moose bites on tires?
