just got it, what do the lights in the dash indicate?

hi everyone, i'm brand new here. i live in japan and i just bought an 89 r32 gtr. my questions are about the hicas and 4wd lights in the gauge cluster. the hicas light comes on intermittently occasionally, it also seems to come on when i goose it. also the 4wd light comes on some times and doesn't go off till i come to a complete stop, i think. i haven't had it long enough to establish it's pattern. do these lights indicate a problem? like a trouble light? whats going on and how do i fix it if needed? thanks for any help.

That damned hicas light is a PITA. I just took the bulb out.Check your fluid reservior, I think it's in the driver's side of the trunk.

or get a hicas lock out kit lol
