Just Got her today

I have been wanting a 240sx for so long. One long night at work I get a text from the girlfriend talking about a 94 convertible for sale. The 1st thought that ran though my head was "I don't have enough money for that". Turns out I did. I picked her up for 1700. The top is not destroyed but it was seen better days, the driver side ram leaks so the top has to be helped up, and a little dent in the front is all that is wrong. Mechanical in great condition. The interior is about to fall apart but from what I can tell that's to be expected. With 150k on her she still runs strong and smooth. It has no mods done to it, and i wanted to get some advice for the 1st round of mods should be, I'm thinking a 5 speed swap because the auto is killing me.
