Just got back from carlisle.

I was impressed to find so many 240's their. Don't get me wrong their was only about 10, but that is the most I have ever seen in one place. One guy had a fully converted silvia right down to the RHD. The most fun I had though was on the PA turnpike on the way to the show. Me and a V6 Berretta were playing cat and mouse. My car might be crap 0-60 but it owns most cars in long runs I had my needle down as far as it could go so many times, even with a head start I would pass him and he would start to fall back. Don't mess with big 4 bangers, you don't stand a chance. Then on my way home I was doing the same thing with a late model talon TSI. We were cruising at over 100mph. Fun times, even got to see a bunch of girls flashing and kissing each other. How many of you guys were their and how many of you were showing your cars?

I was supposed to have my 240 there but it is still in the garage gettin painted. I was fairly impressed also. That rhd s13 made me want my sr to be here already. Did you have yours in the show?

No mine would have been a joke in its present condition, mostly stock 89 hatchback auto burgandy red with faded paint and dents on drivers side.

But plenty powerfull to have fun with cars on the PA turn pike. Did you see the white silvia conversion as well? wasn't rhd but was very nice. had the s14 notch back sr20det in it. One of my favorites was the black s14 in het non show lot from NY i think had nismo badges on the fender and gunmetal rims. Just had a presence about it.

yeah i think i seen the white one but the hood was closed on it. The yellow one with the s15 conversion was pretty hot also. I just can't wait till next year....i have been workin on mine for three years and finally i will have mine there. Hey you wouldn't happen to run around altoona would you? I had to take an exam to lower my points on my licence and a kid asked me to come to a cruise in in the walmart parking lot. I guess a lot of kids hang out there on sunday evenings.

i herd about it, but i was at work. some of my friends where there though one of them "entered" their car (alll white cavaliler bomex full kit, white rims, shaved handels.) IDK if you guys saw it or not. IDK i never herd of it until that day. oh well.

Yeah the first year they had the import show it was a joke but it is growing every year. It gets better in some ways but then there is the occasional integra with the s14 or s15 conversion. I usually think that whatever ppl do to there cars is great as long as they like it and thats all that matters but there is something about that conversion that disturbs me.....lol. It just doesnt belong! I don't think i seen the cavalier but i really was only there to buy stuff for my car and look at some 240's. We really need to have more 240's there.

my lil bro took some but but i dont have any way of posting them yet. Maybe sometime this week i can get my cousin to scan them and email them to me. My scanner is broke and i put all my money towards the sr swap and parts for it......lol. I'll try to get them up tuesday.

I go to the Altoona area every now and then. Never showed my car off yet. It is funny watching the Mustangs constently getting goated into races by little 4 bangers. It's not a bad place to go since I live by Johnstown so it doesn't take to long to get their.

i went yesterday for a while, there was a lot more 240's than i thought id see, it was a good show though, and some of the models there, all i have to say is, damn:hitit

I almost forgot about this. On the way out of the fairgrounds we were stopped at the light and this dude hops out of an integra in front of us and brushes himself off. I looked at my friend and said "he just got done rollin a joint." Sure enough, a lil bit down the road smoke is rollin out the car and they are passin the joint around havin a good ole time. They must not have been fom around here cuz' most ppl know that the cops are out like crazy. About a half of a mile later the dude pulls a 3 point turn in the middle of traffic and takes off like a bat outta **** all because he seen the cop ahead. The cop seeing this pulls out and proceeds to follow him. I laughed my *** off cuz i know those kids were freakin'. I dunno if they got caught or not but it was funny watching.

That would have been funny to see. What color was it and was it on the Pike? Just curious if it was the one I was messin with. Also anyone that went to the show did you check out that cryofuzion thing that was in one of the buildings? I was curious about your opinions of it I thought it seemed interesting and for only 500 for the base setup I just might get it.

It was a black integra with a type R sticker where its supposed to say gsr. A friend just told me about the chaos that happened in the stands also. I missed it but from what i understand ppl were chuckin' beer bottles off the top row of the stands into the crowd below. This is the kind of stupid **** that is gonna make them think twice about holding the custom compact show. They need to let more hot girls in and less drunken ricers that act like ***holes.

I don't think i met you. I was just there long enough to buy some things that were cheaper and take a quick glance at some nissans and the occasional boobies and girls kissing each other....lol. If your car was there then i would have seen it but not to many of the owners were around there cars. Are you gonna be at any of the upcoming shows? I think there is one in hershey soon.

yeah i seen your car. My lil bro took a pic of it. I have him addicted to nissans and he is gettin ready to buy his first car.....a 240 of course. Nice car by the way. Hopefully my car will be done in time for import war......waitin for a front bumper and rear bumper cover as of now. Either way i will be there. How much is regestration by the way? If i can still regester.

What a shame they cancelled it, It was nice to see so many sport compacts. That was like the only big show somewhat close to me. And I wonder that integra was black but don't remember if it had a type R badge.

I was there but I brought my WRX out for one last time. If I sold my WRX I was going to drive down my 240 and race that. I only went for the track event and I thought I might get FTD with the WRX. It was close too, I was second fastest of the day.Boy was there lots of SR swaps. An old Sentra at Hess when I first pulled in. A white S14 drifting past Hess Sunday. Of course the blue 180,CLEAN. The sloppy looking S13 in the vendor barn. A red s13 looking 100% stock except for a FMIC at my hotel(econolodge).Too bad it seemed like as soon as everyone got there they forgot about cars and only wanted beer and (.)(.). Yeah I like a free pee at some peaks as much as the next guy(I only saw one set) but I think the people were out of control and obviously the town did too.Here are some pics for you to enjoy.

Well I thought i would be done in time for import war but it seems that no one can get a front bumper for me for atleast 2 weeks. If anyone knows of a a place that has bomex, URAS, or event the r33 style front bumper for a reasonable price holla at me on AIM or leave me a PM. If nothin i guess i will be waitin for a container ship:(

On the way to carlisle friday i was in my friends integra.And all of a sudden i see this white 240 95 or 96 wiz by it had a silvia emblem on the back. I didnt catch the license plate so i dont know what state he was from.We went into the show at gate 3 and he turned in to register i think.I looked all day on saturday and couldn't find him.Just wanted to see what was under the hood.Hope someone saw him
