Before they had active rear sway bar.. Now it's not mentioned anywhere.

Now rear steering is mentioned.

Car is changing frequently.

I love luxury, and I really like the automatically adjusting volume level on the sound system. Instead of just adjusting to speed, it uses a mic -- great idea!

Im still pondering why you would ever use surround sound in a car.

Hopefully this will be a hit, and make the last M45 dirt cheap. :)

I do like this at least on the web site. A loaded V8 Sport looks like it will run 55k, so they have put themselves in rare air. What I'm sorta wondering about is why after about 4 years they didnt not at least grab 25 more ponies, or better yet stick a blower on this sucker and get 400 horse to up the ante?

I cannot wait to see this on the lots....

Can you say $65+K? Wouldn't be many takers.

340HP is pretty stretched for reliable horsepower, and avoiding the gas guzzler tax.

Infiniti still leads the HP wars. Has more power/Tq then the comparable mercedes/lexus/bmw blah blah.. hopefully with good ratios it will lead the accel pack.

Mercedes and BMW top 100 in the traps, and Infiniti needs to have accel numbers that reflect the power. They were already laughed at when the LS400 posted faster accel times then the F50

I believe the M45 is the car Infiniti has needed to build for quite some time. No cust cutting, great numbers, high style, it will have it all. If I'm wrong, I will be crushed :(

HOWEVER, all that being said, I don't see why Infiniti couldn't squeeze some more ponies out of the engine.

They are giving out rewards to their Vq engineers to get to 300hp. I think their should be more then a 40 hp difference between v8 and v6 models. In fact if you look at other makes, there is usually at least double that number difference in their v6/v8 configs.

A 545i has 325 hp and about $10,000 more. Even if the M is a little slower, I'd rather save the $10,000. The M will be fast enough. Two things that I wish they would do like BMW is offer and SMG with paddles shifters and some smart grearing that would make the power avalible in many situations. My wife's 330i has hardly any dead spots and always has power on tap. I don't realy care about 100mph traps. I'm not a drag racer. I just want power when I need it.

Yea but the BMW has 100 traps

That's the point.

If the Infiniti has more power it should have equal performance, period.

Nobody else has problems breaking 100 with 300 HP, except Infiniti. This needs to stop

BMW is legendary for making the car feel quick with little power. My mom has a 325I. While it doesn't accel fast, it never feels likes it struggling, and it's always building. The 5 speed auto is perfect, and I can tell you my Q feels slower (at times) then her BMW
