Well, the fact is i am a noob but not to cars. I just bought a 240sx vert, cost me $2800. wanted u guys to tell me what u think of the deal i got, so basically ill tell u the ups and downs of the deal, first up downs......Well the the frame of the car is in good shape it needs a new rag top, needs about a $250 paint job and needs the following interior: needs seats, new carpet new paneling, the dash is in excellent shape tho it was very surprising to see that on a vert. so thats basically the downs of it, probably will cost me anywhere 1000-1200.

Now for the Ups , It comes with 2 KA engines, one Holset HX35W turbo( i hear they run pretty good , feel free to give ur input about it), it also has Megan Racing mounts,B&M short shifter,Stage 5 clutch from Comp Clutch,Tein springs, has an intake, also comes with 2 transmissions.the motor has 100k miles on it the chassis has 120k on it. It had an Rb20 in it but blew a rod . It comes with a lot of other goodies that i havent really looked at yet but u guys feel free to give ur input on if it were a good deal about any of the parts included or just the car in general.

No "n00b speeches" here, we're just glad you're on board.

Sounds like you have quite the project ahead, but you found the only 240sx Convertible resource in the world!

Yep. Lots of reading.

Start in http://www.240sxTech.com, then read 240 Gen Chat, the KA forum, and the 240 Technical forum...

If you spend a week reading threads, you'll be more knowledgeable than 75% of other 240sx owners.
