the charts say it all, rb20det with FMIC, FPR, stock injectors, 3inch turbo back, hks intake filter, walbro, and rb25 turbo at 16psi. The chart with the lower horsepower is everything the same except with the rb20 turbo on stock boost(10psi). AF was at 11.5 on the higher horsepower run.

Looking good! Some bigger injectors, stand alone and maybe a bigger turbo or cams you'll be seeing 300whp soon! Good Job

Wow.. 16 psi on a 25 turbo. I thought that was well over what's considered "safe" on that turbo. Plus the injectors must have been right near 100% duty cycle. Nice job pushing the envelope!

Impressive numbers! I hope to be there with you very shortly. I'm hoping for 240whp with my 25 turbo and other similar upgrades... I have custom intake manifold going on that should help a bit.

Thanks guys, rb25 turbo is definitely not a bull**** mod like some say, the car feels waaay faster.Anyone have an idea on how much fuel I should subtract when I put in my dsm injectors (450cc). I dont have a wideband yet so I was hoping there was some sort of standard.

You might be very close to maxing out the AFC. Stock is 270 and you have 440's. Did the dyno have a wideband? you should have adjusted it on there. Get a wideband because you can blow your motor with that AFC. Every car is diffrent.

youre crazy

the 25 turbo isnt safe that high for long and your stock injectors are PEGGED open.

PRE tuned it and yes they have a wideband sniffer.

Jesse has 450cc injectors like he said. He also isnt hauling much *** until his timing belt and tensioner are on, are you jesse!

Is their any solid info that the s2 rb25 turbo is ceramic and not safe after 14 or so psi? I always thought it was a really bad idea, but I recently heard only the s1's were ceramic. Everytime someone claims they know, its "i heard from this guy" kind of information.. Just looking for confirmation.

ive never found concrete info on the S2 exhaust wheels being steel

all i know is i ran 17psi for 2 days when i first finished my swap and its seen about 1000 track miles since then and NO issues...so take from that what you will.

The S2 is a ceramic turbine. Not Steel.

There's no way in hell that's a Mustang dyno.

Series 2 turbo is indeed ceramic as well!!! Dont test it! Its not fun trying to gather all your turbine peices from your exhaust. I have been there.

it wasnt a dynojet or a mustang dyno it was called dyno dynamics. awd dyno. And I dont plan on tuning anything without a wideband I just wanted to know about how much to subtract "gosh!". I held a magnet to my turbine and nothing so I assume its ceramic, so its confirmed s2 = ceramic. Honestly, I think that my 16psi is nothing compared to the 19psi that it was running before I had it lol. No need to worry Kamin my injectors wont be "PEGGED open" for long, although I did get some good hp and decent a/f's for having restless injectors. dsms will be on in no time.
