Just did a rebuild, now ka24de wont start.

it wants to crank over but it just wont start. its getting fuel and spark. i can almost hear it start for a second but then shuts off does anyone know what i can check?

Timing? If it's got spark and fuel, maybe it just doesn't get the spark at the right time.

the timing was never messed with. i know i would have to adjust it.does anyone else know what might be going on? anything i should double check?

What kind of rebuild did you do without messing with timing? If you pulled the distributor out, make sure you have it set right when installed.

I love my ka, but there a lil weird... mine had an extremely hard time starting after i simply tucked my harness...

i had that problem with mine after i rebuilt it. i tore apart the wiring harneess and nothing looked wrong with the wires. i plugged everything back in and bam it started. we had to mess with the timing alittle to keep it going though
