Not sure how much help this will be, but might be a silver lining type of thing...

I pay about $600 a year for my '03 Track Model, full coverage in TX... but, I'm 27, married, have three cars on my USAA policy, BUT I do not have a perfect record... I have a rolling ticket record (I've got about 2 active tickets at all times it seems) and I've had an accident or three (some my fault, some not)... best bet is just to call your insurance company and ask... they can "quote" you a policy without having a vin or anything... at least mine will.

But, you have USAA which means you have some affiliation with the government/military. He probably doesn't have that option.

If you havent found insurance by advice is try to shop for insurance online. I checked on the net found it to be easier to go online when shopping for insurance. The place I went to is http://www.oneshopinsurance.com They were able to give a quote that was acceptable to me in the speediest time. Anyways hope this helps you.

I just got a quote from State Farm last month as I'm looking to purchase a Z33 next year. I'm 25 with a clean record and it would be $80.52 a month
