So I decided to check my tps out using the guide on Sr20forums and it showed up with 4.66v at closed. My car idles fine most of the time, but does hunt once in a while and also will get some mild part throttle hesitation but Im pretty sure this is due to my hks ssqv. Or could that be to an uncorrected tps sensor? Or did I just completely fail at doing the test?

have somebody slowly press down the throttle and watch the meter. make sure it doesn't drop off anywhere. You should never see above 5volts or 0 volts.

tps voltage closed should be .35 to .65 volts.

LOL..FAIL

Voltage should be around .45 with throttle closed.

You might have an boost leak also how do you have your vac lines run?

.35 to .65 is what's specified in the 180sx fsm.
