I have a 94 Q45 88000 miles. The TCS and "slip" lights just started going on when I start the car abnd won't go off. Seems to be affecting transmission. Feels like the engine is braking when I coast as it would if I downshifted. Any ideas?

With the engine running, check if there's like a "humming" noise coming from the ABS actuator - left, back corner on the engine bay (passenger side). I had a similar situation and it turned out to be one of the two relays that govern the actuator. If this is the case, just hitting it slightly may get to stop humming. Once you turn the engine off and on again, the lights go back to normal.

Welcome of NICO, dix

Check your TCS relay under the battery tray first.
