just changed my head and head gasket

ok just bought this 89 240 i own a 90 also(my ls1240 project ) but i have the most interesting issue i bought a new head aka remanufactured and along with a head gasket and new fresh head bolts. i tossed it on and when i cranked this thing was shaking like if it had a huge cam i looked it up on other forums and they mentioned a couple of things but just wanna see if its the same stuff ill hear on here and yes i used the search button and couldnt find my answer...

now this is what happends(vivid detail)

i crank it i have to gas it a lil to keep it on, but i has no throttle response what so ever, and it shakes like hell i checked the timing like 5 timez i removed that valve cover so many times in one day.
i also bought new plugs and they all sparking fine so i have spark & fuel but its not idling smooth

i was told to check for.....

gas(this car sat for 3 months)
fuel filter
vaccum hoses (missing 2)
injector pulse(i dont know how to )
compression(dont have a Compression tester)


but theres a couple of problems this car had a blown head gasket when i bought it so when i drained the oil there was water/ coolant mixed and i drained it again and put another 4qts and still milky. the car wont stay on for me to flush it but i know someone on here has had this problem to maybe further assist me if i cant resolve this im just going to rip the motor out and toss in a fresh long block
