Just bypassed EGR valve....need advice

I just removed my egr valve, bypassed it. Replaced all hoses, pvc valve, lower plenum gasket, fuel injector o-rings. After reinstalling all items, the car doesn't run, it just sputters. The car wont idle and wont go over 2000 rpm's. I did not mess with the timing at all, nor did I remove the lower intake plenum. Any advice would be appreciated.

vacuum leak...did you replace the lower plenum gasket?
