Just boughy my Black 2009 Murano SL, do I need to worry about recall?

I don't know what the recalls were for the 09, but I know that I got notified by the dealer I bought from about the 3 (so far, I think there is another coming) recalls on my 04. So your dealer should contact you with a recall notice if your car falls under any of the 3, 09 recalls.

The 3 for my 04 were all very painless. The only one the dealer gave me transportation home and then came and picked me up for was for the longest - an alternator change. I waited for the other 2 (relatively simple ones).

Although it is funny - I've owned my 95 maxima for 15 years and it hasn't been recalled even once.

I noticed the 3 recalls listed also when I bought my 2009 SL about a month ago. I called the Nissan Customer Service number and gave them my VIN and they said I do not have any recalls. I think the 3 recalls are only for certain VINs.

Called my dealer today to check on my used '09 with a 3/08 build date, no recalls apply.

you can email or submit inquiry to Nissan North America ([email protected]) and give your VIN to check if your car is involve to any recall. I did mine few weeks back and I was told that there are no recalls for my car.
