i bought it totally stock and im new to tuner scene so what should i do to it that wount be to costly but will up my horses and stiffin my ride???

do all the maintnance you can think of like air filter, oil, oil filter, tires if necessary, plugs, wires, cap, rotor. that will ensure you are getting max preformance for the time being.....then study upgrades by reading till your eyes bleed in the 240SX FORUM.

well i did a lil studdin up and i got a injen short ram intake and strutbars F&R and a short shifter hows that to start???

hahaha yah i need to cuz i guess i cant trust some lot to actually dio it regularlry ill prolly do it today should i flush the coolant to???o and is their a coolant i can use thatly keep my engine even cooler???

Yes, DO ALL THE MAINTENANCE. spark plugs, wires, filters, distributor cap and rotor, get it retimed, flush the coolant, run some injector cleaner through, change the oil, learn english.
