I sure don't mean offense, a 10,000 mile 2008 ex35 is not new. The other problem is you can buy a real new 2009, with a 41,000 MSRP for 34,000. I would pay four grand more (30 grand vs 34 grand) to buy a new vs used vehicle, to buy 10,000 miles of use and get one year newer model, even if the changes are very little. The other advantage of new is you have a good chance of getting exactly the color and options you want. That is my view, I made the same decision when I bought mine, carmax had 2008's with 8 or 9 thousand miles priced at 31 grand, I was more than happy to pay 34 grand for a brand new 2009. I think most people feel the same way. I really wish anyone trying to sell the best of luck, my recommendation would be to advertise online in one or both of the major sites, price the car real close to your bottom price and hope for someone that is not aware of the discounts available to new buyers. You might consider getting a offer from carmax, my guess is they will offer around 28,000, retailing the car for around 31 grand. It always hurts when you sell a car one year down the road, regardless of the vehicle. I like to buy new and drive the car for 9 or 10 years, I don't worry about the resale value at that point. Best of luck.
