Just bought an '08 M35x

Hi everyone,I just bought a 2008 M35x with the advanced technology package & only 195 miles. Basically a new car. I bought it at a Mercedes dealership. The Dealer said some guy bought it, never really drove it, then traded it in on on a new Mercedes, taking a big depr. hit. Therefore, it is considered used.

I paid $37K, and the dealer threw in a certified extended warranty from Infiniti. Seems like a good deal, but just wondering as I didn't know what deals a person could get on a new 2009. I didn't think you could get an 09, same model & options for under about $45K. Any thoughts on if this was a fair/good deal?Thanks!
