Just bought an 06 special edition sentra

Hi everyone just wanted to introduce myself i just traded in my blue 08 versa s for a white 06 sentra special edition with only 22,000 miles on it although i get a lot of crap from ppl saying i downgraded going to an older car but i feel like the sentra has a lot more options and is a lot more fun to drive than the versa. i just had a few questions does anyone know if any of the seR's (or any sentra) from 00-06 come with a 10 inch sub in the back. i am looking to upgrade my system and was thinking about getting 2 shallow mounted 10 inch subs and was going to get a custom made box for the other side of the trunk i like the stock look of it and i also dont want to lose my trunk like i did when i put 2 12's in the versa lol

I believe the largest sub offered in Sentras was 8in in the Rockford-packaged SE-Rs.

i dont have any pictures right now i have been really busy lately just with school and everything and its night right now but as soon as i get a chance ill take some shots of it and post them in a new thread...its pretty basic its completely stock havent done anything to it yet im only 18 so im more into the audio upgrades then i am into the engine upgrades but i am thinking about putting in a cai and a muffler i just dont have that money right now lol

yes the 02-06 came with a 8in rock ford kicker. it was offered on the SE-R and SE-R SpecV. I think it was offered on the 2001 Se previously.

The optional audio in my SE is a Bose system with a 6.5in sub if I'm not mistaken.

Regardless, subs shallow enough to go back there are practically nonexistent, and even the tiny one I have rattles a bit. A good set of woofers is really the only good option if you don't want to take up trunk space.

hmmm well idk ur probobly right i dont think ill be able to find even a shallow mounted sub that small and even if i did it probobly wouldnt sound good idk im working on selling some stuff to hopefully get enough money for 2 new 12 inch subs i have everything i need cause i had them in my versa i have a 4 gauge rockford wiring kit, jbl (425 rms) amp, a sub box that i bought off a friend for 20 bucks lol and 2 blown kenwood subs lol but idk like i herd a lot about ppl breaking there spoilers from there system and i definatly dont want to do that idk i might just want only 1 12 inch or something but i have bad luck with only 1 i kept on blowing them until i got a second i guess the amp was just too powerful for 1 sub

basically wat im trying to say is that when i turn up the volume to about 26/31 the stock sub starts to go away and i want to fix that
