Its going to be my daily driver. Top is in perfect condition. The only thing wrong with it was it had some front end damage and the rear bumper is damage. But that is all fixed now, check out the photo blog:

it runs, so I'd say its about $50 ahead of my straight body clean title cracked head $650 purchase... lol.

oh and btw the engine junk in that head is horrible! I bet the ***** that had it NEVER changed that oil. might not hurt to run some sea foam or something through there...

Yeah, I am going to use sea foam soon. I only have one question! How do I bleed the lines for my top?

Because the top goes down no problem. But it needs help going back up. I can hear air bubbles pass through like when you have a blown shock and you move it up and down and you can hear the air pockets.

Could I just be a bleed or do I need to do something more than that.

I'm not sure mine worked fine when it was hooked up so I never had to do that... if you take off the pump cover in the trunk you can see the extent of the lines, pump, and distribution block that is back there, perhaps there are some bleed adjustments there?

Hey Larry,

Nice find... and great price. I have the pages for the bleeding procedure scanned if you need them. Shoot me an e-mail at [email protected] and I'll send them along. I have IServe, but it bites and takes forever to upload. E-mail me and I'll send back.

Good luck with the project.
