Just bought a used I30t, need guidance on repair

I just bought a used 2000 infiniti i30t with 158k miles on it.
Got it checked by a mechanic, nothing major.
Can you guys help me out with the cost for the following -
1. Front rotors and brake pads
2. Driver side window reset(it rolls up all the way and back down)
3. Tie rod
4. CV boot (driver side)

When I started the car in the morning, there was a bit of engine hiccup when i turned the heater all the way up. Is this because of the cold weather(California) or the age of the car.
The car drives smooth. But you can tell it's aged bcoz of the rattling on not so good roads.
