The Nismo Gen 2 CAI takes your MAF sensor out of its housing and puts it in the CAI for a 3 inch flow all the way up, if you use the Gen 1 Nismo CAI It reuses the housing for the MAF sensor and its not 3in all the way to the throttle body.
Also there is a difference between the 1st and 2nd gen Short shifters, The Gen 1 modifys the shift at the shifter and is a pain in the ***, the gen 2 takes 15 min and is a breeze since it is transmission mounted. Other than that there should be no differences in performance pieces from the factory.
