Check out the mod area. I wrote up a set of instructions just for this occasion and to also go along with what you were supposed to receive in more detail. Its pretty simple really. Just unplug the MAF (be careful with it). Take out the old air box and the G tube. Put in the new Z tube, attach the filter the MAF, install the heat shield, attach the filter/MAF combo to the Z tube.

The hardest part will be putting the foam pieces on the heat shield. I cut myself doing it, so I'd recommend gloves.

If you can't find it or have further questions, come on back. We'll help you.

It IS you signed over your soul for that custom title, you know?

It's my job to take your guy's write-ups and convert them to articles. Then Matt adjusts the code so it ends up in that format

I agree. I didn't do the article.

Smockers. Did you get any pictures when you installed your intake?

Unfortunately no. I wrote it up quite some time after I installed mine because I saw the need for it because some people thought instructions weren't clear enough, so I was banking on that they had the pictures from their copy. If I have time, I can do a semi-uninstall and take some pics to go along with it, that's not a problem.

Ok. Cool. I'll do a little searching for pix on the net too.

I always "plan" to take pictures, but I always get to involved and rushed to bother

I can't see the intake being too hard, it's pretty simple stuff... The Fujita F5 Competition intake I have is a one piece design, so I guess that eliminates any install issues.

Haha, I do the same on planning to take pics. It isn't too hard, its just that some people are spatially challenged and need visuals.
