I'd been out looking for a car to replace my Honda Civic, something that would be better for long trips and with more creature comforts. I'd been focused on Acuras, the TSX and the TL. I had previously owned a 2000 Acura CL. But then I started looking at other models through cars.com and found a 2008 G35x with the Premium and Sport packages and only 9000 miles on it. The price was really good compared to the Acuras, so I went over to look it over and test drive it. Turned out it was an executive fleet car and was absolutely perfect. Dealer had it priced at 29k and after a little soul-searching, I traded in my Civic and walked out with a Black on Black Infiniti. Unfortunately havent been able to put many miles on it due to the snow storm that hit the Richmond area, but hope to soon. Looks like this web site has a lot of good stuff and look forward to interacting with all of you.

Nice congrats on your new ride and welcome to the family.

Don't be afraid to take her out in the snow. It is its home out there. Your X will satisfy you in the snow. Since it is rear biased it will let you slide just a little to give you some exitment and it corrects it for you.

Go and have some fun.

Don't forget the pictures. We love pictures. Also watch how you detail your G. Black can be a PITA.

Good choice on the AWD. I would get AWD too, if I end up in any place with snow.Just because it can accelerate well in snow doesn't mean it'll stop any better in snow, so be carful with the speed.
