And I love everything about it. The Diamond Graphite Metallic (silver) Color is beautiful. Got the tech package, with navi and backup. Thank god because backing that thing up is NOT easy. Have the Sport pckg with the 20's.. which I love. There is ONE thing I need to fix though.. the center cup holders. My morning iced coffees on my way to class slide around, and I fear will spill. Is there a website I can order some sort of discreet insert from? I don't want one that hangs from anything.. just some sort of black insert. Thanks Guys!!

My eject CD button doesn't work. its going back to the infiniti dealear on saturday morning. Any ideas as to why this could be? I press the button, hold it down, NOTHING. no cd's come out...Kind of funny. Just happy I still have the 6/60,000 audio warranty still active.

Congrats on your new to you FX

There are non stick pads that you can pick up at just about any store with an electronics section. They work pretty well.

As for the eject not working there are two possible causes; either the radio has an internal failure or there is a fitment issue with the multifunction switch not allowing the CDs to release.

Cheers

thanks thanks for the suggestion on the non-stick pads. i ordered the center cupholder inserts from my local infiniti dealership. as for the eject cd button: the dealership ordered me a whole new navigation system. gotta love that original factory warranty

Your FX looks great, the only thing I have to ask is are you keeping the stick on rubber strips on the door?

What did you install in place of your OE sub? The interior design of the FX yields itself to a great base for an upgraded audio system. Although replacing the factory head unit isn't needed and only adds more buttons to an already busy center console.

Are you selling your OE sub? I have been contemplating installing on of those in my car.
