New to the forum. Just bought a 1982 720. It needs brakes in the rear for sure.
Can someone do me a solid and tell me exactly which brakes to order? I can probably figure out the rear shoes/pads... but what about replacement drums?
Rock Auto has the parts I think. It's just a wee bit confusing. Would love a recommendation so I can just pick the parts up ASAP.

Without knowing if it's 2wd or 4wd, there's no way. Just look your rig up on RA. You shouldn't need replacement drums unless yours are thin. Rear braking is a fraction of front braking, so I'd replace shoes and make sure everything else is lubed and clean while you're in there.

Whoops. Right. It's 2WD.
EBrake isn't working / needs adjustment too. I'm really excited to have this thing.

Also, have you pulled the service manual yet? That'll help a ton, esp if you haven't worked on one before.
