you can bolt any 84-89 fender on but the 86 I believe is unique to 86, might be the same as the ae? I'm sure az zbum can clarify

Yeas, the AE and 86 fenders are identical. The 87-89 fenders have the same shape, they just have an extra mounting hole forward of the wheel for mounting a trim piece that 86s don't have. It isn't hard to fill in, you'd likely need to paint it regardless.

WTB ad, craigslist, junkyard, parts car. You can also get them new but they are $150+ each.
