I just did the same thing 2 months ago. I see your steering wheel is peeling, as seems to be endemic to Y51 M37's -- take it to the dealership and they will replace the button cluster under warranty, as a bulletin has been issued on that (ITB11-010). Other warranty work you can get done are:

- ECM reprogramming for harsh shifting in 'Normal' mode (ITB12-021b)
- Call Waiting function Nav Update voluntary campaign (ITB11-046a)

Also, if you ever experience your driver's seat vertical and/or fore/aft adjustments quit working, it's likely not the motor (ITB11-001). :bigthumb:

Good looking car! :dblthumb:

Thanks! I have not received the car yet. It will be delivered later this week. I will make sure to take it to the dealership to get that work done that you mentioned. Warranty is still good until next August.

One more Bulletin. Steering wheel off center/car pulling to the side, ITB08-046c. I am taking mine to get it straight this week.

One more think I will look out for. Need to take advantage of the warranty while I have it. Anyone think its worth extending it?

they're on top of the mileage at the time of signing for/purchasing the extended plan, and the months start at that time also.

I'd be surprised if they did. I believe these are a wholesale seller and they make the profit on the volume as opposed to the markup. But don't hold me to it. Please let us know if U find it cheaper.

Nice whip man, you will enjoy that car, really fun to drive with sooooooooo many gadgets to play with. I will be looking at the bulletin that drewsky mentioned also, haven't experienced any of those problems yet but good to know.

Nice upgrade, I'm surprised the Florida cars still have the heated steering wheel.

front tires have 2/32 and rear tires have 9/32. Is it safe to drive with 2/32 on the fronts since the car is RWD?

Not in rainy weather, that would just about fail a safety inspection here in NY

Well, if you're going to have the bold tires on the car, at lest they're on the front. It would be even more dangerous to have them on the back. U always want to have the better tires on the rear of your car-no matter fwd, rwd or awd. Of course the best thing to do is to get new rubber.
