I love it, beats BMWs and all the cars I used to lose to, ha...

Anyway, I just tinted out the windows, black on black, just wondering a couple things...

Sub installs? Are they difficult, any sources on wiring diragrams or info?

HP Increases? Ebay catbacks a good idea? Intakes? what would you guys suggest? I'm on a kinda tight budget, but I'm a nissan fan to the max...

I'm getting a stillen exhaust next week,... but want nav... and lots of toys for my new baby.

Thanks for the help... my first post...

cheers Grant

Welcome aboard!

I recommend the motordyne plenum spacer first and foremost to go along with your exhaust upgrade. Then a suspension would be next. Keep it simple and find yourself a 350z complete suspension from 05,06,07 model. Suspension should be no more than $250 dollars.

I was going to say a z-tube/pop charger, but you already have an exhaust on order!! So, like RED_DET says, you might want to jump to the spacer since that would get the most air in.There is a how to thread....But, I add pics to photobucket and then copy/past the html code into my posts.

Welcome to Nico!!

As stated by SVT you upload them to a hosting site. there are several. I personaly use http://xs.to because A it's free, B you don't have to register, C if you want to register there's no name filling etc., simply 2 slots for e-mail and verify email if you choose to do that it will remember up to 500 files for free and you wont have to log into the site to see your files unless you clear your cookies as it will remember you (edit: to clarify by remembering I mean putting it in a section so you can find the codes easy for later use from their site, without registering it will store the image on there for like 6 months or something but to get the image address you'ld need to get it off the photo you posted). D Last but definitely not least it automaticaly displays 7 different codes for your image so you simply copy and paste whichever one you want without worrying about clicking the image tag in the forum, see examples below (note they are thumbnails you can click on them for full size image) .

Oh yeah and

example of my files section:

example of displayed codes:

Hope that gives you an idea

this car is a fun one for the subs. Depending on how much power you are going to run.. use a power cap, blue optima battery, and/or alternator upgrade.

If you are going with aftermarket head unit(and you better be) then you will need either a JDM dash kit or you can get a similar one from Metra. I'd recommend the JDM, its a little more expensive, but the one from metra has rubber buttons and may not be to your liking.

behind the battery you will notice a rubber barrier where wires are going through the firewall. that is the most logical place to go through since all you have to penetrate is the rubber. Make sure you dont leave a gaping hole as this would defeat the purpose of having the rubber here.

I would also recommend trading out all interior speakers due to the fact that its bose.

enjoy the install.
