Port and polish is where they take a grinder and enlarge the area where air flows into and out of the head. Thats the porting part. Polishing is where they then smooth that rough surface down for better airflow.
Extrude honing is when they run an abrasive material through your intake or exhaust manifold and it enlarges and smoothes down all the passages inside it for greater airflow.
Balancing is where they take the entire rotating assembly (pistons, rods, crank, flywheel, damper) and spin it and take some weight out of the crank counter weights to make sure the entire assembly spins true and balanced, cause if it spins out of balance it can throw a rod at higher RPMs.
Blueprinting is where they check all the tolerances against factory specs, something like that.
