when i turn my car on my exhaust sounds like its bubbling and my engine lopes. is this natural for my 240 to do and does the recent cold weather in my town a factor?

ummm, be glad ur in texas, i would love to be back down there but unfortunately i have to deal with -5 degree weather and thats without wind chill

unfortunately i cant help you but that doesnt seem right. when i was back in ms. and up in nor cal recently my ka ran smooth. when was the last time the plugs were changed. maybe wanna check if the fuel filter is clogged. thats all i can think of
