The Q doesnt use spark plug cables. It uses a direct coil on plug design.

Jesda's right, no plug wires on the Q. However, there are performance plugs that fit the Q. They won't give you an increase in power. Any healthy plug that fires consistently will give you full power. Some plugs last longer than others and plugs are no fun to change on the Q. For this reason, get the factory replacement iridium plugs if you are going to change them. That way you can go 70,000 miles without having to change them again.
