The touring model has all that and : leather heated power seats and 6cd in dash changer, vehicle dynamic control system, blutooth

Track editions has Brembo Brakes the Touring does not

and touring had leather, track was cloth, they kinda blended the 2 to create the grand touring model in 07

The track edition also has RAYS Engineering forged wheels that only weigh 18lbs each.

IIRC, the Track model took the performance model and added the Brembos, Rays wheels, and the aero kit.

The touring added to the performance model the leather seating and bose sound system.

The Grand Touring was introduced in 06 combining the elements from the touring and track model in one package. They deleted the track model in 07 but the Nismo model has now taken it's place.
