Will a KA24de ignitor work with a CA18DET??...and if it doesn't...does anyone have an ignitor for sale that will work??...

I would venture to say no since the KA doesn't even have an ignitor. KA = distributor. CA = direct ignition.

The KA24DE does have an ignitor, but it is nowhere near compatible with the CA DOHC series units. If you really need a CA ignitor, I have one.

Are you talking about the single ignition coil that sits next to the PS reservoir?

No, it actually has a really small ignitor that sits in that general vicinity. It looks kinda like that of a FWD SR20DE or the GA16i powered nissan sentras from 1989-90.
