just a little confused???

#1 - F.I.C.D. valve and bumps the idle up when the Air Conditioner is turned on. If you don’t have AC, you don’t have to plug it in.

so this might be a dumb question but could this be removed for like a screw in type boost gauge connection?

I doubt you would find anything that would seal. It doesn't have pipe threads.

You could sure try though.

Not worth the headache and most are trying to clean-up this area, not clutter it more with useless components. If you are not going to use your A/C try and eliminate the valve and leave it that way.
