in the parking lot for a local university (Sonoma State University) there is a 3 foot drop like that with no drain at the bottom and after a hard rain my buddy drove his VW through it (i was in the car) he said he was going U-Boating after we got out of the puddle his power steering locked up - funny as **** he's a moron but yea theres some money to be reaped.

haha thats crazy.. that would really really really piss me off.. this one time we were out back of this store.. and we drove my friends car over by the unloading areas for semis (its like a ramp that goes down) and it had been raining so the thing was filled with water.. anyways he drove his car into it and my friend in the back was like "uhh i think water is coming in.." so we pull out and park.. and in the back foot area there was a good 1/2 foot of water.. lol
