Junk in the Trunk

So Ive had my max for about 2 months now, and love every minute i drive it. But the back end of the car is just hideous to me. It looks like the previous owner used big bolts to hold the spoiler on after his little fender bender (see pics) My question is what would be the best and cheapest way to make this look good again. I love how the car looks from the front but the back just doesnt do it for me. sorry to ramble on....any help is appreciated

I'd buy a new bumper and spoiler. Have them paint matched, and installed.
