I'm not sure if people have noticed but 240's radiators tend to hold on to dirt. My car was overheating with my AC on with the stock electric fan and no mechanical. I took the radiator out without disconnecting any of the radiator hose's and the front of my radiator is packed with dust and even 2 dead birds. I have no clue how the heck they get between the radiator and the condenser but there they are. Anyway, after I cleaned off all the buildup with a garden hose (Kinda messy under hood afterwords), I slide the radiator back and it never overheated again, even with the car parked with ac on in 90 degree weather. This topic may have been covered but I've noticed quite a bit of posts about overheating for no apparent reason.

It is CRITICAL to clean the area between your AC condenser and radiator. My MKIII Supra's was in HORRENDOUS shape when I bought it, cleaning it made the world of difference. I would recommend getting at least a bigger electric fan to replace your stock one, the stock temperature gauge has WIDE range of temps (180-230) between the third and fourth tick marks. I've tested this with several coolant temp sensors and a brand new stock Nissan one.
